Just a quick intro:  In addition to being Board Certified by the National Guild of Hypnotists, I am also blessed to be a Nurse.  This combination of study has afforded me the opportunity to truly help those with stress-induced illnesses such as Diverticulitis, Crohn's, and Ulcerative Colitis. 

My focus of practice is currently geared to those who are afflicted with these conditions.  I have seen the success in bringing quality of life back to those who have suffered for years, battling severe pain, medications, and feelings of hopelessness with regard to their disease.

Keeping in mind the importance of balance of the Mind, Body and Spirit, my practice keeps this triad in focus in each step while teaching each client the power their own body and mind holds.

I am blessed each time someone allows me to participate in their care and look forward to continuing this path of true health and healing.
